  • ​There is a 1-year commitment. I am sourcing, hiring and training marketing coordinators for this program and need you committed. We are also very strategic long-term when we design the marketing plans and need you committed as well.
  • You MUST have MAP and a Sherpa. We depend on the marketing systems, reporting and automation from MAP to get the marketing done and the expertise of the Sherpa to make it happen.

  • Organize your goals and design a plan to accomplish your marketing and lead goals. 
  • A “Bad*ss Project Coordinator”: Coordinates all marketing tasks and works with all parties involved (Sherpa, printer, graphic designer, list cleaner, etc) to make sure the marketing gets out the door by the desired launch date. 
  • Coordinate all webinars, prospecting mailers, canvassing kits, JV campaigns, etc. 
  • Keep up with marketing progress throughout the week to make sure deadlines are hit.  
  • Is your subject matter expert on TMT campaigns (can aid client in deciding on which campaign to run).
  • Help to source campaign materials (poker chips, rubber ducks, aspirin packers, coffee cups, etc.). 
  • Manage MAP campaign implementation with Sherpa.
  • Is your “White Glove Access” to Team Robin specialists and your TMT liaison with all other TMT employee resources (strategy, digital marketing, coaching, websites, support, etc.). 
  • Give recommendations, "insider scoop", and first glances at what's new and coming soon with TMT so you get first access. 
  • Provide training resources for you on marketing implementation and questions that you have. 
  • Submit website changes to web developer and makes sure they happen.
  • Manage marketing vendor communication so you can focus on growing your MSP and helping your existing clients.
  • Manage your physical AND online Shock & Awe Box customization and implementation. 
  • Update and customize TMT free reports and rebrand pieces for you. 
  • Monitor your inbound leads and send urgent leads to you for follow up.
  • Manage your list health by making recommendations on cleaning, adding and organizing AND works with Sherpa to manage your list. 
  • Prep and brand Prospect Hopper marketing pieces every month and manage implementation of Prospect Hopper. 
  • Plan with you for next month's marketing, making sure we are still following the Quarterly Plan and adjusting if other things come up.
  • Attend Sherpa, Digital Marketing and any other TMT calls you want your FMM on to stay "in the know" of all things related to your marketing.
  • Manage your newsletter monthly production. 
  • ​Manage your postcard monthly production. 
  • Manage the implementation of monthly blog and emails to blog. 
  • Manage monthly cross-sell/referral/testimonial emails to clients and monthly 9-word email to unconverted leads. 
  • Perform Website Health Checks to make sure your website has zero errors and is ready to convert visitors to leads. 
  • Meet weekly with YOU to report on leads, keep marketing projects moving, get approvals, discuss strategy, and make sure your marketing is getting DONE! 

What the Client Does:

  • Cover the cost for any additional, direct vendor costs (printing, postage, list purchases, ad spend, etc.). Your FMM is not a list cleaner, envelope stuffer or printer.
  • Follow up on leads. Your FMM is not an appointment setter or making follow up calls.
  • ​Make approvals on marketing pieces. Your FMM is not you, and they still need your thumbs up on things and to provide any custom copy.
  • Attend weekly meetings with your Fractional Marketing Coordinator to direct overall strategy and stay involved with your marketing. Your FMM is not a high-level (and costly) Chief Marketing Officer. They are a "get marketing done", implementation person. This program will also need YOU to be involved - it is NOT a "hands off" service...
